A few of us had a fun get-away, and avoided the heat wave for a few days at Panguitch Lake. The rides were great, the scenery was beautiful and the company, as always, was wonderful!! We wish more of you could have been with us but we know summer is a busy time with vacations and family obligations. Clair & Ilene were planning on joining us, but at the last minute made some silly excuse about having something more important to do......seriously, we missed them but are so thankful Clair has bounced back and is doing great!!

So I have a 'confession' and a story about the above photo. Cheryl and I took a walk along the lake after sunset on the first night we were there and the sky looked beautiful, just like this photo, and the reflection on the lake was also beautiful. Of course neither one of us had our phones or cameras. The next night we took a walk at the same time, and Cheryl had her phone and I took my camera, and the sky and lake looked exactly like Cheryl's photo above. My photo had the same colors as Cheryl's but I decided to make my photo look the way this scene looked the night before....with the magic of photo editing software!!
